Ok so i'm trying to remember what this series is called. its about a witch who works in law enforcment but then is stationed in her hometown near her family (who are like, evil but not end-the-world evil, more like i'll-turn-you-into a toad evil. sheOk so i'm trying to remember what this series is called. its about a witch who works in law enforcment but then is stationed in her hometown near her family (who are like, evil but not end-the-world evil, more like i'll-turn-you-into a toad evil. she ends up later dating the sheriff, and in one book had to deal with a demon who grants wishes that pay a cost and is trapped in a well. in another book they have to save a kitsune painter who has anxiety and got trapped in her own painting. sometime in the series, i'm not sure when, her family erases the sheriff's mind and the FMC kills them in retaliation (her family has magic that can bring back the dead but is forbidden) because her family went too far. the sheriff later gets his memory back. ...more

As in im easily creeped out/scared. Oh, and I’m autistic and have adhd too. I love happily ever afters (aka HEAs) and mainly read books with them (as in I read a book hoping it has a HEA if it doesn’t specify in the summary and am very sad if it doesn’t) I’m on a partial quest to put every book I’ve ever read in Goodreads (as long as I remember it) loading... ok so I'm still not super used to using the book number tracker, plus I often use kindle unlimited to read box sets so it doesn't always work well. One thing i can guarentee, if i didn't read it it doesn't go on. but yeah. i'm ok at it. Also as mentioned earlier (possibly) just because i mark a book as read that doesn't mean i read it recently, it just means i want a record of as many books i've read as possible...more
