Anyone know of any mental health books that have suggestions other than exercise and socialising as ways to improve things?
Note: I am disabled (mostly bed/house bound) with almost no "in real life" friends and none live near me.

Hi, I'm Tandri (e/em). I'm of Scottish & Belizean descent. I am disabled & neurodivergent (since birth) & chronically ill so I can't read as much as IHi, I'm Tandri (e/em). I also do most of my reading via audio or apps with a built in TTS function so it helps me read what I want to read rather than being restricted by what I can process in written form.
I don't post reviews here ex when I've gotten books from the author/publisher or any I wish to highlight. To see reviews you will have to visit the site on my profile. I used to note any differences between stats in each of my "year in books" page at the end of each year but the ability to add notes there has been removed by GR so my stats are never correct
Note about my All Time Favourites shelf - For my all-time favourite series' I only include the 1st book on the shelf.
Note about other shelves: I don't use the Want to Read shelf. I use To Read format shelves instead. ~ Interested shelves has books I am interested in but don't own ~ Anticipated shelf has books that interest me or that I want to read but they have not been released yet (that I haven't pre-ordered). ~ Ordered shelf has the books that I have ordered whether they're out yet or not. ~ Maybe shelves are sequels to books I'm interested in & others I may be interested in. ~ Passing On shelf has all the books that I plan on getting rid of. ~ Passed On shelf has all the books that I have gotten rid of (by selling or giving to friends, relatives or charity shops).
