The MC gets shipwrecked on an island, is somehow captured by pirates, and held in the Captain's cabin- and she learns that he's not as evil as he seems. Anyway, that's all I can remember. I think the cover had a lady in an old fashioned red dress, but you could only see from the shoulders down. If anyone has any ideas, let me know! Thanks....more
