Well well, I don't really like books with children in it...I always feel like they are used as a quick way of putting the MCs together.

I don't like menage either.
I like books that have a romance between the MCs, but also a great friendship between one of the MCs and a supporting character. Love+friendship+angst=the perfect combo.
