Hello! I'm a huge fan of the Sevenwaters world and love its depth and richness. Would you consider writing a novella about Ciaran and Niamh? They're two of my favorite characters and are fascinating to me. Ciaran goes through such a great arc throughout the series that I'll really take any excuse to see more of him. Thanks for writing!

Thank you, Flibbet, I'm delighted that you love the Sevenwaters series. Certainly if I did continue with that setting and characters it's more likely I'd write something shorter than a full length novel. And there are lots of story possibilities there. Re Ciaran and Niamh, I feel a bit the same as I do about prequels - it's hard to maintain the tension and pace, especially in a story with a romance, when you know what the future holds for the central characters. So they wouldn't be my first choice to feature in a Sevenwaters novella.

Are there going to be more stories of the Sevenwater family? I love the way you take some of the old myths and make them your own, they have been my favorite series since I discovered Daughter of the Forest in high school. I'm 25 now and I regularly reread the trilogy and then the rest of the Sevenwaters books.

How "historical" is the universe of the Seven Waters / Blackthorn & Grim / Warrior Bard series? On the surface, it seems like a timeless fantasy version of medieval Ireland, but digging deeper, there are plenty of historical references such as the coming of the Norsemen, that hint at specific historical period. I'm not familiar enough with Irish history to puzzle it out yet!
