Lisa Jakub Hey Hilda! Yes, my next book is all about those issues. It's the story of my experiences with anxiety/panic attacks and depression - as well as the stories of others who are struggling. There is also a bunch of research and the latest studies on what works to make life a little easier. And of course it's all told with compassion and humor and above all - honesty. We tend to have a hard time talking about these topics, but I want that to change.
I expect the book will be available next year sometime - I'm still working on it!

I wanted to say that I've read your blog for......... I think a couple of years but not sure. I do know I enjoy all you've had to write about and I think you'd be most enjoyable to know. I am always concerned about publicly identified personalities and how they might be compromised or impaired by ridiculous comments from their theoretical fan base. Americans are not always the kindest of fans.
