If there was one thing you could change about your industry, what would it be?

Eloisa James That's a very interesting question! I guess I would change the amount of profit an author makes per book sold. But that's a complicated subject (advances change everything). So I will choose the system of returns -- I'd make it so that bookstores had to deal with books that didn't sell by putting them on sale, the way a clothing store does, rather than by ripping off the covers and sending them back.
