Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Julie A. Cameron Believe it or not, "Christmas Spirit" started off as a screenplay. My manager said, "Everyone wants a Christmas script. Can you do a Christmas script?" To which I responded, "But I don't even like Christmas." Next thing I knew, I had written a Christmas screenplay, using some of my own family traditions, and I loved the storyline so much, I decided to turn it into a novel in order to keep the story rights.
