Depends. Shadowdance: most any book store should have them, or be able to order them for you.
Breaking World: Amazon.
Half-Orcs / Paladins: Amazon, or if you'd prefer, direct through Createspace (the Print on Demand company I use for those versions). For direct links of that, my website has a PRINT link at the bottom of each book you click on (for example, Weight of Blood's here, look to the bottom: http://ddalglish.com/wp/books/the-hal... )
