After reading The Children of Cain series, I have to ask...have you always known this much about the occult, paranormal, and mythological or did you have to research everything and apply it to your writing?

R.J. Craddock I've always been fascinated with witches but never studied the Occult until I started researching for this series. Although I am very well versed in Christianity and religious mythology. My design with my version of wiccans is to create something unique to my world while keeping true to some of the customs of real Wicca. The reason why I do this is because in my books real witches are not human but one of the races of cain. At some point real witches did instruct humans in their ways but over time humans changed the way they pratice the craft loosing alot of power of real wicca.
