If someone floated a movie contract your way to adapt one of your books, and you had two options - $500,000, but they can do what they want with it, or $50,000 but you have full creative control, everything from scripting and casting to location and wardrobe, which would you go for?

Depends on the book. Something I'm emotionally attached to (like Girl on the Glider) or something the fans are emotionally attached to (like The Rising), I'd take the $50 and make sure it's done right. Something like Urban Gothic, which was just "fun" -- I'd take the $500.

When are you going to write another zombie..... LOL, I can't ask you that question with a serious face. No seriously my real question is about your second self published short story collection called "All Dark, All of the Time: The Complete Short Fiction of Brian Keene vol 2." Will it still come out early in 2015? ^_^ Thanks again for being so awesome to your fans.
