I am at the 50,000 word mark on the third of my Island of the Mighty series - set in an alternate Britain where the Roman conquest failed and the Old Gods still influence events. Work on a darker fantasy series is progressing well and a historical horror novella is currently with a beta reader.
I have also been very busy with my post-doctoral research. This month, a research paper on the Quaternary Ecostratigraphy of the Somerset Levels will be submitted to an international peer reviewed journal.
