Hi Kristin. I'm about 2/3 of the way through the audio of Home Front. I'm in awe of the emotional depths you plumb in this book. I'm wondering about the research you had to do to write the character of Jolene.

Thank you so much! Yes, Home Front was a research challenge. :) I didn't know much about the military when I started. I was fortunate to meet a lovely Warrant Officer/helo pilot/mom who guided me through the research and helped me immeasurably. I hope you love the end. :)
