A friend challenged me to write a story about spousal abuse. I set one in a subject dear to my heart, the horse world. I still love the idea, but the book, itself, although written lies in the bowels of my computer. Maybe to be resurrected, but I doubt it. After all the rewrites of Legacy, that just seems like a chore not for the faint of heart.
