Veronica of V's Reads
Veronica of V's Reads asked Gail Carriger:

Hi Gail! I love this steampunk/paranormal adventure series. When I read Etiquette and Espionage it had a Tween feel. Sophronia was very innocent of boys, wholly focused on the recovery of the "prototype". Then, Curtsies and Conspiracies landed square in the YA category. Did you create the "love" triangle between Sophronia, Soap and Lord Felix Mersey in order to add "romance" to the adventure?

PointyEars42
PointyEars42 asked Gail Carriger:

Your line of fully functional Bumbersnoots are being released when, exactly? You obviously know how to write awesome heroines and dreamy heroes but - Bumbersnoot! Why yes, Carriger-penned Bumbersnoot short stories sound like a great idea...
