Goodreads asked Ruthie Morgan:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Ruthie Morgan ...Coffee.
Seriously, I've been pretty lucky so far, I haven't really experienced writers block yet. I have the odd frustrated 'this isn't coming out right' moment, but for the most part, when I give the words time they usually come.
That isn't to say they make much sense in the first few drafts but they're enough to make the story flow and form the bones of something better later.
Also; I have four small children. This makes writing time precious. When I sit down to write I feel a pressure pot of built up words waiting to be typed before a little person yells 'MUM'. At this point in my life I have no time for writers block ! :)
