continued as I ran out of characters? I would absolutely cite your books. Having said this, I cannot guarantee that generations from now, someone may not make additional copies or post the contents on ancestry. ca. Thank you for doing this hard work Peter. Take care! Hi Lori,
Sorry that it took me so long to get back to you. I'm juggling personal and "professional" Goodreads accounts and basically dropped the ball. I'll gladly give you permission to use the biographies in your personal project. Please cite my books and add "available at the American-French Genealogical Society". Have a great day!

Happy New Year Peter. I traced my Blais roots back to Pierre Blais (II) who immigrated to Quebec Ca from Hanc FR. I was surprised to learn that he married Anne Perrault, a Fille du Roi! Does her biography in your book contain more than DOB, marriage and DOD, etc? Also some question about her age... wikitree shows DOB 11/17/1647 Paris, FR, DOD 6/29/1688 at age 45, but those dates put her at 41.... thank you.

I have just purchased the e-book of King's Daughters and Founding Mothers (already loving it!) and have a fair use question. I would like to post your biographies of some of my Filles du Roi ancestors in their profiles on Ancestry.com. May I do so, as long as I indicate that these are direct quotes and give proper attribution? Madeleine Cousineau
