I both bought and read the Broken Earth trilogy twice, so I hope you can answer two questions. Is the TV show on the series still in the works? I ssusoect from another answer that the project won’t happen. Will you do a book tour after the Coronavirus pandemic ends, and would you come to the San Francisco area?

N.K. Jemisin Yes, and sure, if I can find a bookstore there to host me. (I probably would be able to, given that I just did a talk in San Francisco about 6 months ago at Borderlands!)

I really love the Dreamblood duology. Setting the story on the moon of a gas giant makes for some really cool imagery. Do you have any plans to return to that setting? Are you the type of author who writes extensive worldbuilding notes beforehand, or do you come up with the setting as you write the story?
