I could not put The Deep, Deep Snow down. Your use of symbolism and foreshadowing is so above the bar of modern literature. (I used to teach English; symbolism was my life, lol.) But my question as a first time reader of your work is about Shelby. I loved her so much! Are there any other books, past or future , that have more Shelby Lake? She is a most interesting, character with such a mysterious past. Thanks!
