Jean
Jean asked Brian Freeman:

Brian, I'm intrigued by the name you chose for the town in The Deep, Deep Snow, Avery Weir. I like how you worked it into the story to call it "Everywhere," but how did you come up with the name in the first place?

Brian Freeman Thanks, Jean! In this case, "Everywhere" came first. I wanted that to be the unofficial name of the town, because I wanted a symbolic "everywhere" feel to the setting. So I came up with Avery Weir as a town name that would easily be nicknamed to Everywhere. :-)
