(view spoiler)[Hi Jodi, I'm afraid my question will alert the 'spoiler police' but here goes. I've been wondering about your decision to age Matthew. I imagine it would have been very difficult to continue Max's adventurous storyline with a young baby to care for. Did that influence your decision to age Matthew and ship him off to the future in the care of the Time Police? (hide spoiler)]

Hi Suzanne. Good question. Yes, I did feel that to have a baby and then a small toddler would have caused some difficulties plotwise. And also, I rather wanted Max not to be particularly maternal until the moment came when she realised what she'd lost - I won't say any more because I too am wary of the 'spoiler police.' Best wishes, Jodi.

Hi Jodi Firstly before my question I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I've devoured the first nine novels this month and currently working my way through the short stories before I read the 10th novel! I can't wait to read more of your work! Can you hint as to how many more novels/short stories you intend to write for this series? xx

Hi Jodi, after re-reading St. Mary‘s and the Time Police I am now re-reading Elizabeth Cage and I was wondering whether the Sorensen clinic was precursor of the establishment where Max and Leon stayed and Dr. Bairstow was held? Elizabeth Cage seems to take place closer to present time while Dt. Mary is set in the future.Or maybe another incarnation in case St. Mary‘s and Elizabeth Cage are not in the same universe?
