For some time now, we have eagerly anticipated "My Name is Markham." When the date arrived, I expected to get my copy from Audible.com as I normally do with all your books, but to my surprise and dismay, I was told that it is not available to customers in USA, even though it is to customers in the UK. Can you tell me why we Americans are being left out this time around? Can we hope to get some time soon?

I'm sorry, Judy. I honestly don't know. Various people have contacted Audible.com and each one seems to have received a different answer. One operative said it was a fault with ACX - not quite sure what that is. Another operative said it was the author and publisher's fault. (!!!) My own publisher confirms that this is an Audible problem, not an Accent Press problem and she's going to try to contact them, although since it's the holidays, she's not optimistic. In the meantime, I believe one reader achieved success by switching her marketplace settings to the .co.uk site. Her order was then accepted. I don't know if you want to try that. I shall post on my fb page as soon as I hear something. I'm sorry, I don't know what else to do.

Hi! 1st, when I read a St. Mary's book on an airplane, people around me want to know what I am reading - I laugh so loud. Your books are the funniest and most original (plot-wise & even more so turn-of-phrases-wise) I have ever read. What I'd like to know, is what similarities and differences exist between you and Max. I should think you like chocolate and tea, and are rebellious? But do you Paint? Anything else?
