Goodreads asked D.C. Alexander:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

D.C. Alexander There is always something that wants to get on the page. I start typing, I guess I have never had writer's block. I get writer's empty, where the brain is not wanting to play; or writers pain, where my poor crippled right wrist is swollen and painful(worse when I've been using axe and shovel), but I got a wristpad. I just type and seems like there is something there that wants to get said. Eventually. You can always delete some or all of it later. Get 'er done.
