I've really enjoyed the short stories of yours that I've read (A Fire in the Heavens, The Lady Astronaut of Mars, First Flight), and I'd like to read a full novel, but your Glamourist Histories concept is just not really up my alley. Do you have any imminent plans to write a novel outside this series?

But. I think you are being turned off by a perception that Regency means that it will be girly and romancy and that you won't like those. Looking at the stories of mine that you like, there's nothing in here that would be a turn off. In other words, you already like the girly romancy stuff I do. Still nervous? Start with the fourth book, VALOUR AND VANITY, which is a heist novel and can be read as a standalone.

I've been slowly listening to the back archive of Writing Excuses. I've just hit the beginning of season 10. At once point, after talking about Kiss Me Twice, you mentioned making that novella into a series. Is that still something you're planning to do? You know, with your infinite time, clearly. Because that portrayal of AI is somewhere near my personal ideal and I'd love to spend more time in that world.
