You could start with one of her Fairy Tales as all 5 of those books are stand alone. I would recommend When Beauty Tamed the Beast.
My American Duchess is a totally stand alone novel (and incredibly funny!).
Wilde in Love, Fool for Love and Three Weeks with Lady X are a few of my personal favorites.
