Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Luke Green I am a strong believer that you must write what you know. Unfortunately, this means I probably won't be writing a spy novel anytime soon. What I do know, however, are computer games and movies. The coolest thing in computer games are that you do really become the hero of that game whilst playing... the world sucks you in. So I figured no, I don't know what it feels like dual wielding weapons and flying in outer space, but I do know what its like controlling an avatar that can do that. It sets you free. It lets you escape. You can become anyone.. I guess, thats where the idea started from and grew.
