How much research did you have to do on the whole BDSM thing? You seem to know a lot of the correct terms and stuff and I was wondering of that was a personal thing or just good research. Also, will we see more of Olaf, because he was cool in a serial-killer type way, and lastly, how do you pronounce Jean-Claude's name? I hope we see more of Jean-Claude onscreen!

BDSM is a part of our lifestyle, but I also do awesome research, because some of my characters' preferences are not my own. Yes, we'll be seeing more of Olaf, not sure when though.

What I mean by that is, Frost and Merry fell in love largely off screen. After Affliction, Anita stated that she wasn't engaged to her men since her 2 of her other men, her girl and JC's girl had a problem with not having rings as well. There was no mention of this being resolved in Shutdown, does that mean because of these 4 somewhat insignificant people (as in not people Anita/JC love) they can't fulfill their happiness and get married?.. That seems like to much drama.

Will the new series of Merry (which I have read at least a dozen times and live for) translate to our current political, economic and racial climate?. I've always pictured Darkness as African although I know he is meant to be a shadowy jet dark. There is something about the light and darkness that has become the norm. Anyways fingers crossed..
