Goodreads asked R.C. Rumple:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

R.C. Rumple If it's the run of the mill type, I simply start typing something ... anything ... to get my mind tuned into the computer screen and the task at hand. I'm currently dealing with the in-home murder of a friend and her husband, which has been much tougher. She had just received my second book the day before she was killed, and our conversation was about how much she wanted to read it.

I want to write about it, but the criminal is still at large and the details are slim. Every time I start to write fiction, my mind wanders back to the crime. I'm slowly coming out of it and getting back to the sequel. It's simply taking more time than expected.
