Since Monty and Percy have grown up together, have gone swimming nude, and since the author never alludes to any kind of situation which might clue us in as to a reason why Percy is anything other than a boy/man, then Percy is male. Now, as to his location on the sexual spectrum, I think we'll learn more in further volumes.(less)
