What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Rebecca Forster My mother's family is a bit of a mystery. My cousin, aunt, uncle, grandmother were in Berlin while it was being bombed. No one speaks of it but through my life I have met German relatives who intrigue me. Not to mention that my mother lived in Germany as a young girl while her parents lived in the U.S. I find all this very mysterious and think their stories would make a wonderful thiller - if only they'd talk to me about it. Unfortunately, so many of them are gone now.
