Can I ask why did you change Anita's character/attitude towards sex/ jealousy over her men? She stated she'd never be okay with her men with other women and now she's fine with it. I don't get it... I know she has 15 men so she says she needs other women to help out but she also stated she allocated most of her time to the men she loves so why is Jean Claude with another woman?

(view spoiler)[Fair is fair, if Anita is sleeping with more men, then Jean-Claude should have the opportunity to sleep with other women. To be truly polyamorous you have to work your jealousy and insecurity issues, and Anita finally worked hers to a point of comfort. I've been surprised how many fans were upset about Jean-Claude sleeping with Envy. Later in the books the relationship with Envy doesn't work, due to jealousy on her part, not Anita's. Hello! I've always wanted to ask you this question. How did you sit down at age 17 and tell yourself to write when there are so many authors out there competing with your own writing and you have no idea if your stories are going to ever hit the shelves? Your writing is amazing, you're my favorite author, but when you were young and collecting rejection slips, how did you manage to tell yourself to keep going?

In Crimson Death, Anita suddenly has her own rat. (And that is cool, because Rafael is totally awesome.) But, I have read every single one of your books and cannot find where this happened anywhere. Am I missing something? A novelette somewhere? A deleted scene? Sorry, but this is driving me crazy. I was assuming it was in Wounded, but when I read that, it wasn't in there either.

I remember Merry ,Frost and Doyle talking about their future....,,concerns about enemies killing them, and they are showered in pink rose pedals. A sign that they would be blessed. So I am confused about Frost and Merry having their mortality confirmed at the end of “shiver of light “. Seems a mixed message. Will we get that question answered deffinativley in the next Merry book? Will that be anytime soon?
