I have read this book and re-read it twice, am i missing the big twist at the end? I don't understand the ending at all or seem to be picking up on this shocking twist everybody is talking about. Its driving me crazy! Can anybody shed some light?

Three sometimes I lie.
If you compare that to the very beginning of the book, there are three things that she says there: One. I’m in a coma. Two. My husband doesn’t love me anymore. Three. Sometimes I lie. We find out that it’s the middle one, “my husband doesn’t love me anymore,” that is not true, so if you follow the same sequence at the end of the book, what isn’t true is that her sister, Claire, died in a tragic accident. it’s a twist that’s hard to imagine how it could have actually happened, but it seems like maybe Claire isn’t actually dead. We are left wondering whether the author of those words believed them to be true at the time she thought them, or if she is consciously lying!(less)
