I have read this book and re-read it twice, am i missing the big twist at the end? I don't understand the ending at all or seem to be picking up on this shocking twist everybody is talking about. Its driving me crazy! Can anybody shed some light?

I think all the characters are only in her head, she is both Amber and Claire, married to David with two kids. Paul is her imagination for a better husband. And Madeline is the real God mother. She plot revenge on her because she abandoned her, killed her husband and point it to Madeline. Sent the bracelet to herself and continue to live with her imaginary husband Paul.(less)
