I gotta vote for Orange is the New Black!!!!

Gonna start watching the show asap!

I voted for Second Nature because I liked the first edition a lot and she's made major modifications to the second edition. Also because she's going to be on Cocktail Hour to discuss the book so I'll be reading it no matter what.

However, I'm planning to pick up Orange is the New Black (which I also put up) because I'm enjoying the show and heard the author (the real Piper) tell a story from her time in prison on The Moth podcast and she was great.

I picked Second Nature. I just won a copy from Yvla, and it will be my first Jae book. I did add Orange is the New Black to my list. I think I read it several years ago, but not sure. I also added Isabella to my list.

The Shadow Constant was just released, and is a really excellent book, featuring a character with Asperger's, a great lesbian character, and lots of mysterious goings-on related to a possible free-energy machine... even if it doesn't win this month, I'd love more people to read it. A.J. Scudiere is one of my favorite authors.

I know i wouldn't mind re-reading it, or any of A.J.'s other books. Or Cheryl Rainfield's, for that matter... :-)

Just finished binging on Orange is the New Black - seems fitting to pick the book! :)

I didn't even know OITNB (catchy!) was based on a book so now, obviously, I want to read it. It was re-released as a paperback over here yesterday with a tie-in to the TV cover.

I bought the audio today and am well into it. Good so far.

I chose seduction of moxie but now I know OITNB ;-) is a book I might change my mind :-) I'm loving the tv show

Thanks for putting American Yakuza up as an option. While it may not win, I see Orange is the New Black is doing well, I'm thrilled I'm even in the running.

Anyone else want to say why they suggested a book?

I suggested American yakuza because I found the tension and the building attraction between the characters exceptionally well written. It was HOT too :-) ! Actually I have all of Isabella's books and have not ever been disappointed ;-)

Yet again, we're in that wonderful predicament of having superb options from which to choose - yay for lesfic!

Good grief! I just went through the list and realized I have read 6 of them . . . . and would love to revisit them all. Lousy to toss a coin, what to do, what do do?

Cheri, a time or two. I read a lot and have unlimited access to books at my second job. Reading at proof level doesn't help much either! :-)
At least this habit is frequently fed!
