Why is Rules of Attraction in the list? It's the second book in a series. I thought only the first book in any series would be included in the vote.
I didn't vote for Sabriel or Splintered because I've read them but if you haven't you really really should because they are amazing books
Wonder and Fablehaven are children's books. At least, that's the way Wikipedia describes them and the main characters are 11 years old (in Wonder) and 13 and 11 (in Fablehaven). Is this the new definition of Young ADULT?I realize the list is generated at random from a master list - but does anybody check that the books being added are aimed at the age group that we're focusing on?
FWIW - I'll probably vote for Wonder because, as far as I can see, it's the ONLY book on the list that isn't part of a series and I'm getting really tired of starting series. Why can't YA authors learn to tell a complete story in a single book?

The good news is that you can discuss it.

Humm.. it wasn't made to be that way. Is Wonder a fantasy book? Grace.. to be honest I don't double check the books. I try to trust that people put the first book of a series on the master list... I didn't check this poll sooner because I have been out of town this week and didn't come back and check till now. My mistake... guess I'll have to keep a closer eye.
I too am tired of series. It has been so hard for me to keep up with the ones I've been reading. It's like all books are trilogies anymore.

I feel the same way. Can authors deliver one solid master piece? Having to divide it in three feels like a mediocre way of getting our money.
