What Members Thought
While Ernest Cline's writing style is kind of pedantic, I really enjoyed Ready Player One. The entire book is a love letter to the 80s, my favorite decade (since it is my childhood and all). Get ready to grin at practically every pop culture reference you can imagine; this book is honestly written specifically for nerds. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could.

I wasn't quite sure if I was going to like this book, but in the end, I LOVED it! It's full of everything a book should have and the 1980's is well referenced that it brought forward many memories. It truly is similar to Willy Wonka and the quest for the golden "key" and a mix of the Matrix movies with all the virtual realities. I fell in love with all the characters and am very excited to see the movie in 2018.
