+ mini review of The Viscount who Loved Me Epilogue: Part Two
THE VISCOUNT WHO LOVED ME is the second book in the Bridgerton series and this book has come to be one of my all-time favourite historical romances! Quinn is the queen of witty and snarky dialogue and she really goes above and beyond with this one. Anthony, the eldest son of the Bridgeton and Kate have amazing chemistry, even as they exchange snide remarks and the occasional elbow jabs and kicks. I just love it when they go toe to toe. ...more

You've got to love the characters. The big annoying brother in Daphne's story is quite an adorable character. The story is predictable (but what isn't predictable in this genre?). But I like the battle of wits. Humorous dialogue and of course anyone who reads this won't forget the Mallet of Death.
Or one charming corgie. :)

I truely loved this book and just finished it last night. I recommend it to anyone who is a true fan of romance books. I can't wait to read her other books. I'm adding this to my permanent collection.

This is one of my all-time favorite books. Anthony is such a likable good guy. And Kate is not your typical perfectly beautiful heroine. It's my favorite in the Bridgerton series.

Typical Historical Romance. I would say that it's a little morbid cause the two main characters both have traumatic death issues with one of their parent. Those experiences shape them in ways they don't realize and the story is about their evolving and growing to love each other. I enjoyed it but it wasn't a frenzy page turner. I did enjoy the family and I will continue to read the series to see how each member falls in love and with who!

I could sigh over how much I love this book. Anthony and Kate are just so very. I love them. Julia Quinn, I offer you a tip of the hat and some imaginary opera gloves.
