Wow, I can't believe I picked back-to-back read by authors. Alice Sebold reading The Lovely Bones grew on me, Ray Bradbury is difficult to understand, he doesn't enunciate and this will be a struggle. Changed to audiobook read by Stephen Hoye and liking it better.

I reread this book in one quick sitting, and I loved it better the second time than the first. These early dystopian books are so fun to read because the future the authors envisioned takes place in my past. So, I love comparing the world the authors created to how life really is. It's interesting to see how close to the truth some of the futuristic imaginings of Mr. Bradbury are, and how outlandish some other ideas are. Regardless, I really enjoyed this book.

When I first read his book, I was in school and didn't appreciate what this book had to offer. I decided to re read it, and I was delighted to find what a rare gem this is. I love the fact that you can interrupt this book in so many ways. It made me think and evaluate my life in a completely different light. I truly enjoyed reading this book!
