I was kind of annoyed by this book. I can't say why exactly. Blake Crouch is a good writer. I had zero problems with his writing style but I have learned I love Sci-fi but I do not like this kind of Sci-fi. I never saw myself as a space and spaceship kind of person. I prefer that to multiple universes or this kind where a chair can take you back to certain memories.

This was a pretty awesome read. I liked the way the time travel concept was handled and the limitations made for interesting puzzles and obstacles for the characters. There were still a few plotholes where they didn't exactly explain how the character could be in the time they were and know the things they knew from the future, those details sometimes got a little handwaved. And a couple of really stupid "this is the way it has to be" decisions by characters that added unnecessarily ccontrived "
