Nicola Yoon is incredible! Now, I didn't devour this like I did with Everything, Everything, but it still made me cry!

This book is all about true love, the immigrant experience, and even a little science.

I especially like the chapter where they discuss God, true love, and dark matter. If more religious types took their approach to God, the world would be a better place. ...more

Shelves: 2019-finished, ya-contemp

Quick and easy read. I enjoyed the story but overall it didn't really "wow" me. Parts of the story are just really far fetched and somewhat silly. (Maybe I just needed to keep in mind that this was young adult story).

What I did love about this book was how the author threw in a small chapter about some of the smaller characters to give a little bit of backround as to who they were or why they were doing/or did something. I really enjoyed this because it added a bit more depth to parts of the bo ...more
