This series continues to be strong for me. Everything I love about these books is present in this one. Sarcastic dialogue, multiple bad guys (some with honor, some without), fae politics, wizard politics, an excellent rescue and real trauma for some of the main characters. James Marsters continues to do an excellent job with the narration taking the listener on a journey that makes you feel the excitement, fear, anger, humor and hope of all the characters.
