Shelves: read-2014

Picks right up where last book left off. Awesome villain with absolutely no redeeming qualities. Nice twist with Sarah. Don continues to keep secrets (and the nerve to make Cat feel guilty when she doesn't put up with it. Bones has her back. Always.). Then there's Madigan. Not sure what he is up too. Cat and Bones continue to be a favorite couple of mine.
Next up is the novella "Home for the Holidays." Then, since I'm reading in order of publication, the first 2 "Night Prince" novels before the ...more

This book revived my interest in the series. It has better dynamic. And I like that the main focus was Cat-Bones relationship. So it was less crowded than the previous one. Plus I like the plot in this one.

Shelves: favorites, vampires

I love this series and no surprise I loved this book. My only issue was the ending. They completed whatever mission they had and that was it, the end. For some reason, that seemed a little lacking but maybe I'm just being a pain because I always want more to read. lol. Overall, very good story. Can't wait for the next one :-) Especially the book (if there ever is one) about Ian finding his love interest. That should be one hell of a story! ...more

Shelves: mad-max-battle-warriors-of-the-book

Cat and Bones are back in the most action centered adventure yet, making them one of the best crime fighting duos. The supporting characters are amazing as usual.
