This was a good book, however it did have a few flaws. First and foremost , there were a few sexy moments but for the most part the romance was really corny. The story was overshadowed at times by the non stop " thinking " about sex the main characters constantly engaged in. Why is it that authors think that's sexy? Give me a good action packed, down and dirty sex scene any day of the week . Two characters "thinking about sex through three fourths of the book to me is very " young adult / teenag ...more

Not a bad read. I liked the main characters. They were different enough from the characters in the first book in the series to prevent any feelings of repetition. I also liked the sections in the book where we got to see what was happening with Paris and Reyes. A good series to fall back on when you're looking for your basic boy meets girl, boy and girl are attracted to each other, boy and girl shouldn't be together, steamy love scenes, HEA type story. I was totally blown away by Anya and Lucien... I had a big smile on my face the whole time I was reading this book. The main characters journey of love and hate kept me awake until the wee hours of the morning, turning page after page.
