I am really glad that I decided to give the Lords of the Underworld Series a second chance, because I didn't have a good experience with the second with the first book. So many things in THE DARKEST KISS were so much better and amazing! And such a great storyline. A big step-up from the previous book. I'm excited about that!

I give this one 3.5 stars. I liked it more than the first one, but it was still kinda cheesy at parts. Im hoping the author gets better with her writing as the series goes on. I really like Lucien and Anya though and it was a good story.

I was totally blown away by Anya and Lucien... I had a big smile on my face the whole time I was reading this book. The main characters journey of love and hate kept me awake until the wee hours of the morning, turning page after page.
