Magic Bleeds on Books On Track

Update, 30 Aug 2018: Just as awesome the second time around!
The series continues with a short story about Jim and Dali, Magic Dreams.

I really like Ilona Andrew's writing. The story is fast paced, Kate is a smart-mouth which really amuses me and last but definitely not least, the story is 'realistic'. Another stellar offering by the writing duo Ilona Andrews. This fourth in the series, which hasn't gone stale on my yet, features Middle Eastern lore, the appearance of Kate's deadly and ancient aunt Erra, and the official coupledom of Kate and Curran.

Episode 4: Magic Bleeds

Now that I have this series on my favorites list, I don't know what to say. Okay, I'm totally lying through my teeth. I have a bit to say.
Curran and Kate go at it. FINALLY! If those two didn't do something about it soon I was going to lose faith in those two getting together.
Saiman. I used to be on his side because he was sneaky in the fun way, but his little drinking fest at the restaurant crossed the line. Just face it Saiman, you're jealous of Curran and it just chaps y ...more

This is one of those VERY rare series that gets collectively better with each new addition (judging by the average ratings, I am not alone in this view). This is inverse to what is normally the case with series. I cannot recommend this book and the prequels enough.

I had a hard time reading the first book in this series so I am glad I continued reading it because I had heard really good things about it.

Enjoyable series, Kate is great, and her relationship with Curran is only slightly annoying. Liked finding out a bit more of Currans back-story, and Kates too.
