It was so good. Definitely punched this series onto my favorites list. Honestly, I think I'm going to read it all over again, because I just wolfed it down, and now I want to savor it a bit. But some quick impressions, before the re-read:

- Nevada and Rogan are so freaking cute. Seriously, every time they are in a scene together, it is delicious.

- The game of House politics is fascinating. And Nevada plays it well - she's learning fast. (view spoiler) ...more

I went in to this book with high expectations because I absolutely loved the first one and I was not disappointed.

White Hot takes place 2 months after Burn For Me and you need to read them in order to get the full enjoyment.

Nevada is still coming to terms with her developing powers and what she is capable of while being the main earner for her family. Mad Rogan has disappeared from her life and left her confused, circumstances throw them back together as they realise someone is still pulling s ...more

They finally get it on. 🤣 This series still has plenty of magic in it although no Kate Daniels but this one hits the bull's eye in action and steam and humor.
