Shelves: audio-book, couldn-t-finish, 50-books-a-year-2013

1/6/13: Well I wrote an extensive explaination as to why I couldn't finish the book twice before this one and both times I accidently hit a button that caused me to back out of the review. So never mind the detailed reasons. Short and sweet, I couldn't finish the book because 1. The kid's voice got very, very irritating to me after a while, 2. The primary reason was that I couldn't get past the icky-ness of the mother being raped repeatedly in the first half of the book. I know it doesn't go int ...more
