I must confess I was pretty disappointed by this book. I just found it very boring. I think the plot idea is great, but so much of is just descriptions of nature, which is beautiful, and Victor Frankenstein whining. What a weak, irresponsible whiner! I had hardly any interest in reading about him. The monster was more interesting character but a rather unbelievable and he didn't entirely win me over.
