It was a fun read.
You may not want her to be a role model for a teenage girl but her book is a funny combination of her own personal life and beliefs on feminism a woman can enjoy. I laughed a lot and enjoyed it.

Some of what she wrote in this was so spot on I wanted to jump from my chair and shout hurrah! She also made me laugh. It lost the fifth star because it was a little raunchy for my taste, though I get that in this world it is great that women now have the choice to be that way if they want rather than feeling stifled or censored.

Love her honestly, she's had an amazing life. Found some of it a bit hard to read (a little bit samey in style). Made me rethink my ideas and gave me new (feminist) food for thought. ...more

Hilarious! Totally recommend. Warning: there are two brutal chapters, one on childbirth and one on abortion. Because, let's face it, those are brutal topics. If you are squeamish, skip one or the other (I read both). ...more
