What Members Thought
I thoroughly enjoyed this book despite it being completely predictable. I think the character and writing were able to push past the obvious plot.
West Wing meets Queer as Folk and I pretty much loved it. I mean, the son of the first female president falls in live with the prince of England, what's not to love? There is fantastic banter, sweet romance, some steam, politics, scandal and lots of fun in between it all. My only complaint is that it felt like there were parts of the story that could have been organized better so that we didn't end up with the love story ending about 100 pages too soon. This one started out so good for me. I love novels where enemies become couples. This one did not disappoint there. Then I quickly lost interest. I’m just not a fan of rom-coms with a lot of sex. I prefer funny and sweet over sexy 🤷🏻♀️
Wonderful book of unmitigated fluff with not only a very satisfying romance but also liberal political porn.
